"As Chairman of the Committee on Education, it is my honor to witness a 'Philippine First' right here in the Heart of Bicol. The launching of the Extension School for Technological Skills-Based Learning is a direct answer to the calls of the 21st-century economy.

In the City Council, we advocate for policies that bridge the gap between the classroom and the industry. By integrating humanoid robotics and AI-driven curriculum, Naga College Foundation is doing more than teaching; it is empowering our youth to be the architects of a 'Smarter Naga'. This is the benchmark for the future of Philippine education.

Seventy-nine years ago, Dr. Melchor T. Villanueva founded the Naga College Foundation on the principle of accessible, quality education for the underprivileged. He believed that education was the ultimate equalizer.

Today, as we see NCF transitioning toward universityhood, we see that mission fulfilled in its most modern form. We are not just blessing a building; we are blessing a legacy that has stood the test of time and is now ready to lead the technological revolution.
