HEART OF EXPANSION | A New Landmark of Faith Rises in Naga

Naga City welcomes another meaningful milestone as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints officially breaks ground for the Naga Philippines Temple. This will add to the five temples in the Philippines.

The development signifies the continued expansion of faith-based institutions in the city, bringing temple ordinance services closer to members across South Luzon.

The proposed 18,850 square feet, one-story temple will be constructed, along with an ancillary building and a meetinghouse on a 3.7 hectare site on Lot 1045-A-1-A in Barangay Concepcion Grande, located in Naga City, Bicol.

The 7th of August marked the opening of the 9th Agribusiness Support for Promotions and Investments in Regional Exposition (ASPIRE) 2026, anchored on the theme "AI-Powered Bicol: Innovation, Enterprise, and Inclusive Growth."

The three-day expo organized by the Metro Naga Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) in collaboration with the Department of Agriclture - Regional Field Office 5 (DA-RFO 5), with the support of the City Government of Naga, aims to uncover how digital technologies and artificial intelligence are transforming agribusiness and food manufacturing. It brings together industry leaders, government agencies, entrepreneurs, farmers, startups, investors, and innovators to explore opportunities for collaboration and sustainable growth.
