The iGovernance Office warmly congratulates and extends deep gratitude and appreciation to the two (2) batches of beneficiaries under the Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) and Summer Employment for Enrollment (SEFE), who rendered their services from the month of May to July, 2026.

Their deployment has significantly assisted in the efficient delivery of various activities, in particular those pertaining to Ease of Doing Business (EODB) and Full Disclosure Policy (FDP), among others:

✅ Consolidation and initial assessment of the city offices’ citizen’s charter
✅ Display of anti-red tape posters
✅ Updating of the city’s Transparency Boards
✅ Co-Manning of the iServe /Public Assistance Complaints Desk

The accomplishments serve as the office’s pre-works for the city’s implementation of the Client Satisfaction Measure (CSM), zero backlog program, service process reengineering, and more.

The job assignments also aim to orient the beneficiaries on the concepts of and in public service, as they take on their tasks.
