𝐍𝐂𝐘𝐎𝐀𝐀 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐂𝐘𝐎 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲

The Naga City Youth Officials Alumni Association (NCYOAA) formally welcomed the City Youth Officials Batch 2025 into its alumni community during a ceremony held on June 16, 2026, at Plaza Rizal.

The newly inducted alumni took their oath before NCYOAA Secretary Ianthe Keziah Rosanes, reaffirming their commitment to leadership, youth empowerment, and community service in support of the continued growth of the association and the wider community.

During the ceremony, City Youth Mayor 2026 Hon. Isiah Kylie Namoro also took his oath as an Ex-Officio Member of the association before NCYOAA Vice President Renan Joseph Ortua Jr. His induction highlighted efforts to strengthen collaboration among past and present youth leaders and sustain youth leadership development.

The oathtaking was part of the leadership turnover ceremony titled “Pagpadagos: Abrasa Ceremony,” which marked the transition of leadership and formally welcomed a new roster of youth leaders in the city.

The Naga City Youth Officials Alumni Association (NCYOAA) proudly congratulates Jasmine Estingor, LPT, and Samantha Kristia Payra, LPT for passing the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT).

Estingor and Payra are dedicated alumni who served during NCYO Batch 2024.

Congratulations, Teachers! May your achievement inspire not only your community but also the entire city, especially the youth whom we continue to serve.

We are delighted to announce that 𝟭𝟱𝟰 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 to take the Naga City Youth Officials 2026 Written Examination.

To officially take the exam, kindly bring the following:
1. Official Pass Voucher
2. One (1) Valid School/Government-Issued ID
3. Black or Blue Ballpen (at least 2).

Important reminders to follow:
1. Bring the official pass voucher on the day of the examination.
2. Present one (1) valid school or government-issued ID.
3. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled examination time.
4. Failure to present the official pass voucher may result in denial of entry.
