The City Government of Naga will hold Necrological Services and Civic Funeral Honors for the late Hon. Vito C. Borja II, M.D. on Monday, August 24, 2026 at the People’s Hall, Naga City Hall.

Schedule of Activities

Arrival of the Funeral Cortege at Naga City Hall and Ceremonial Transfer of the Mortal Remains

Public Vigil for City Government officials and employees

Public Vigil for Barangays, partner organizations, and the general public

🕓 4:00 PM
Remembrance Service led by the City Government of Naga

Departure of the Funeral Cortege from City Hall

The public is invited to pay their final respects and join the City Government in honoring the life, legacy, and dedicated public service of Hon. Vito C. Borja II, M.D.

Visitors are respectfully requested to observe proper decorum throughout the ceremonies and follow the guidance of event marshals and security personnel.

As of August 14, 2026, MyNaga App has received 6,125 citizen reports, with 5,131 resolved (83.80% resolution rate).

This week, Nagueños submitted 84 new cases.

Traffic enforcement, street lighting, safety hazards, waste management, and infrastructure work remain among the most reported concerns.

To help clear remaining backlogs, the MyNaga CMO Command Center and City Administrator Atty. Noreen San Luis convened the City Engineer’s Office (CEO), one of the offices with the highest number of assigned reports.

A key gap identified was the link between field action and online case updates. Around half of CEO Special Operations cases still tagged "In Progress" have already been acted on or completed on the ground.

The team will continue close coordination with CEO to document completed work, update case statuses, and clear remaining pending reports.

From helping identify promising public health innovations during the 1st Naga City Mayoral Hackathon to sharing private-sector expertise on the digitalization of health services in the 10th ClickConEx, Dr. Bev has helped strengthen MyNaga’s advocacies on how technology can make healthcare more accessible, responsive, and citizen-centered.

As she takes on her new role as President and CEO of PhilHealth, the MyNaga App team congratulates Dr. Beverly Lorraine Ho and thanks her for contributing her expertise to MyNaga’s continuing digital transformation.
