TINGNAN | Paano Maghain ng Reklamo sa Lupong Tagapamayapa?

• Ang proseso ng paghahain ng reklamo sa Lupon, na tinatawag ding Katarungang Pambarangay, ay idinisenyo upang maging mabilis, simple, at walang bayad.

🏘 Para sa maghahain ng reklamo, pumunta sa Tanggapan ng Punong Barangay o ng Lupong Tagapamayapa.

📄 Magsumite ng nakasulat na reklamo (Written Complaint) sa Punong Barangay o magsulat ng reklamo sa angkop na Katarungang Pambarangay Form na naglalaman ng pangalan at tirahan ng nagrereklamo at inirereklamo, ang detalye ng alitan, at anumang sumusuportang ebidensya (supporting evidence).

🤝 Sa sandaling matanggap ang reklamo, sisimulan ng Punong Barangay ang proseso ng pag-aayos upang magkasundo, at kung hindi ito magtagumpay, bubuuin ang Pangkat ng Tagapagkasundo (Pangkat), na kinabibilangan ng tatlong katao mula sa lupon, para sa pakikipagkasundo o pag-aayos o arbitrasyon (conciliation/arbitration).

Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards: Honoring Champions of Peace and Community Justice

The DILG continues to honor the dedication of Lupong Tagapamayapa (Lupons) who serve as pillars of grassroots justice through the Lupong Tagapamayapa Incentives Awards (LTIA), a Presidential Award institutionalized under Executive Order No. 394, s. 1997.

Here’s what you need to know 👇
• Mandate:
Under the Local Government Code of 1991, the DILG is mandates to provide economic and other incentives to Lupons that demonstrate exemplary performance and strengthen the Katarungang Pambarangay (KP) system.

• 2024 Highlights
→ Settlement Rate: 83.24% nationwide
→ Cases Settled: 557,177 disputes resolved through mediation, conciliation, and arbitration
→ Estimated Savings: ₱9,500 per case)

• Why it Matters:
Lupons play a vital role in maintaining peace and harmony in communities while easing the burden on the formal justice system, saving time, resources, and relationships.

• What’s Next:
This November 2025, the LTIA National Awarding Ceremony will honor this year’s LTIA Champions, recognizing their outstanding performance and unwavering commitment to upholding justice and peace in the barangays.
