Ang inyong pagtatapos ay bunga ng hindi matatawarang sipag, tiyaga, at sakripisyo. Sa likod ng bawat diploma ay ang mga gabing kulang sa tulog, mga hamong hinarap, mga pagkakataong gusto nang sumuko, ngunit pinili pa ring lumaban.

Hindi rin namin nakakalimutang kilalanin ang inyong mga magulang, pamilya, guardians, at mga taong walang sawang sumuporta sa inyong paglalakbay. Sa ating mga working students, mga kabataang nagsabay ng trabaho at pag-aaral, at sa bawat isa na may kanya-kanyang laban sa buhay, ang tagumpay na ito ay mas lalong kahanga-hanga dahil alam naming hindi naging madali ang inyong pinagdaanan.

Nawa'y magsilbing simula ang araw na ito ng mas marami pang oportunidad, pangarap na matutupad, at tagumpay na inyong maaabot. Dalhin ninyo ang inyong kaalaman, kabutihan, at pagmamahal sa ating komunidad saan man kayo dalhin ng inyong mga pangarap.
