The launch of the Creative Entrepreneurship Training Program marks a milestone for the creative future of Biliran — made possible through the strong collaboration of the Provincial Government of Biliran, the Department of Trade and Industry – Biliran, and the Philippine Trade Training Center – Global MSME Academy (PTTC-GMEA).
This partnership brings together expertise, passion, and purpose — aiming to equip our Biliran Creatives with the knowledge and tools to turn their craft into sustainable creative enterprises.
We give our heartfelt thanks to Governor Gerard Roger M. Espina for his steadfast commitment to uplifting the local creative sector. Representing the Governor during the opening ceremony was Atty. Vonn Aurelius Roa, who echoed the administration’s strong support for homegrown talent.
Special recognition to DTI Provincial Director Faustino V. Gayas, Jr., and to our brilliant resource speaker Ms. Camille Rose D. Albarracin, for inspiring and empowering our artists and artisans with practical, forward-thinking insights.
We also proudly recognize Mr. Ryan Teofel Arpon, our active LEIPO, and Mr. Dionisio B. Oliva, Jr., our dedicated Provincial Tourism Officer, for their tireless coordination and support that helped bring this training to life.
