Lacanienta, Chief Civilian, Philippine Army during her farewell visit to the 6ID Headquarters at Camp Siongco, Awang, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao del Norte on June 1, 2026.

During her tenure, Ms. Lacanienta supported workforce development, promoted personnel welfare and strengthened coordination between military personnel and civilian employees, contributing to the effective delivery of administrative and human resource services.

As part of the exit program, the 6ID leadership presented distinctive mementos in recognition of her years of dedicated service and leadership which contributed significantly to the organization's administrative effectiveness.

IN PHOTOS || Brigadier General Antero S. Narcise, Acting Inspector General of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, visited the 6th Infantry “Kampilan” Division and Joint Task Force Central Headquarters at Camp Siongco, Awang, Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao del Norte, on June 1, 2026.

A member of the Philippine Military Academy “Maalab” Class of 1993, Brigadier General Narcise previously served as Commander of Naval Task Force 83 and held various leadership, administrative, and logistics positions within the AFP, Philippine Marine Corps and Philippine Navy.

The visit formed part of the continuing efforts of higher headquarters to assess organizational effectiveness and strengthen operational readiness. It also highlighted 6ID/JTFC’s commitment to enhancing troop welfare, accountability and mission effectiveness in support of its operational mandate.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 || Troops of the 6th Infantry “Kampilan” Division and Joint Task Force Central welcomed Brig. Gen. Aldrin S. Annani, Deputy Commander for External Defense Operations of the Western Mindanao Command, Armed Forces of the Philippines, during his farewell visit to the 6ID Headquarters at Camp Siongco on May 28, 2026.

A member of the Philippine Military Academy “Bantay Laya” Class of 1994, Brig. Gen. Annani is a seasoned combat pilot who has led numerous combat and humanitarian missions in support of national security and public service.

The farewell visit highlighted the continued guidance and support of WMC in strengthening operational readiness and interoperability in support of external security operations. It also reaffirmed 6ID/JTFC’s commitment to carrying out the operational thrusts of WMC in sustaining peace and stability within the Joint Operational Area.

IN PHOTOS || The 6th Infantry “Kampilan” Division and Joint Task Force Central honored the promotion of Division Chaplain, Cpt. Danilo F. Diaz II, during a Donning of Ranks Ceremony held at Camp Siongco on May 26, 2026.

The promotion supports the Command’s administrative priority of strengthening troop morale, resilience and personnel welfare through responsive chaplaincy programs and pastoral support services.

The Commander of the 6ID/JTFC emphasized the role of Chaplains in sustaining the spiritual well-being, morale and character development of soldiers to help maintain a disciplined and mission-ready force, especially during demanding operational conditions.

Brigadier General Acierto, a member of the Philippine Military Academy “Maalab” Class of 1993, previously served as Deputy Regiment Commander of the Artillery Regiment and Commanding Officer of the 1st Field Artillery Battalion.

The visit strengthened the coordination between the Army Artillery Regiment and 6ID/JTFC and reaffirmed their shared commitment to enhancing artillery capabilities and improving operational readiness while sustaining peace and stability in Central and South-Central Mindanao.

𝗞𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗡 𝗡𝗘𝗪𝗦 | 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗴, 𝗦𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗞𝘂𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁

The Local Government Unit of Lambayong, in partnership with the 2nd Mechanized Infantry (MAKASAG) Battalion under the 1st Mechanized (MAAASAHAN) Brigade, Philippine National Police, government agencies, and other stakeholders, facilitated the Turn-Over of Loose Fi****ms Ceremony at the Municipal Hall of Lambayong, Sultan Kudarat on May 20, 2026.

Several loose fi****ms and ammunition, including high-powered rifles, a light machine gun and improvised weapons were voluntarily surrendered during the activity. The event highlighted the community’s continued support for the government’s campaign against illegal fi****ms and violence.

The Commander of the 6th Infantry (Kampilan) Division and Joint Task Force Central emphasized that the voluntary surrender of loose fi****ms reflects the strong partnership among communities, local government units, stakeholders, and security forces in sustaining peace, preventing violence, and promoting public safety in Sultan Kudarat.
