BE THE PULSE OF HOPE

The City Government of Olongapo, through Mayor Atty. Rolen Paulino Jr., the Olongapo City Health Department - Voluntary Blood Services Program, in partnership with James L. Gordon Memorial Hospital Blood Bank, be will holding a Blood Donation Drive entitled "Give Love, Give Blood"

Join us on March 13, 2026 (Friday) at the Ferdinand M. Aristorenas Hall, Olongapo City Hall.

To interested blood donors, please take note of the following reminders:
1) Get 6-8 hours of sleep.
2) Eat a nutritious, iron-rich meal before donating, and stay well hydrated.
3) Avoid smoking, va**ng & alcohol intake for at least 12 hours before donation.
4) Take maintenance medications as prescribed.
