This July 19, 2026 our CPR-RIMT Rapid Rescue Rider Ormoc City Chapter members head to Brgy. Mahayag, not just as trail runners, but as medics who know both the rhythm of the run and the beat of life. We take on the 15km and 25km route carrying two strengths: the endurance to keep moving, and the training to care for every step.
We wear our discipline two ways: we know how to push through steep climbs, and we know exactly when to slow down. We read the trail like we read a situation ,alert, steady, and always ready. Our legs carry us forward, but our instincts keep everyone safe, teammates, fellow runners, even strangers on the path.
To every responder stepping onto this trail:
Run with the stamina you build on duty. Stop with the care you give to those you serve. You carry a first-aid mindset in every stride, watch your footing, watch your pace, and watch out for one another.
You donโt just conquer ground here. You prove that being a medic makes you a stronger runner ,you know your limits, you respect the effort, and you value life above any finish time. When the path gets tough, draw from the same courage you bring to every emergency call.
Let the mud tell your story. Let the climb sharpen your focus. Let every breath remind you: you are built for this, on the road, on the trail, and in service.
