Together, we celebrated 235 octogenarian and nonagenarian beneficiaries who received their ₱10,000 cash gift under the Expanded Centenarians Act of 2024.

Their lives and contributions are truly worth celebrating.

Grateful to be part of the Launching and Opening of the Pag-ahon sa Tanan Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP) Project in Barangay Cagbuhangin, together with SP Member Kia Mercadal.

Through the partnership of DSWD and CSWD, 18 SLP members received ₱360,000 worth of rice stocks to support their livelihood enterprise.

May this project bring sustainable opportunities and a better future for our beneficiaries. 🤝🌾

Good news, Ormoc! Qualified Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) may SOON enjoy free movie admissions in all partner cinema theaters across Ormoc City!

This comes after the proposed ordinance—filed under the Committee on Social Services, Population Management, and Vulnerable Sectors chaired by SP Member Maria Carmen Jean T. Rama—successfully PASSED at the committee level.

Together, building a more inclusive and compassionate Ormoc! 💙

Bringing government services straight to the community!

City Hall on Wheels (CHOW) stopped by the Barangay Airport Covered Court on Thursday, August 6, 2026, offering quick LGU assistance and holding a consultative meeting so residents didn’t have to travel to City Hall.

City Mayor Lucy Torres Gomez also led the Oath-Taking Ceremony for the newly appointed Punong Barangay, Hon. Dindo Malazarte.
