BROOKE'S POINT YOUTH SUMMIT 2026:
Linggo ng Kabataan and SIBOL YouthCon 2.0
Theme: Different Contexts, Common Aspirations

๐. ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
1. The competition is open to all barangays of Brooke's Point through their respective Sangguniang Kabataan (SK).
2. Interested participants shall coordinate with their respective SK Chairperson, who shall facilitate the organization, preparation, and official registration of their team.
3. Each participating team shall be accompanied by their respective SK Chairperson throughout the competition.
4. Only one (1) official entry per barangay shall be accepted.
Two (2) or more barangays may opt to collaborate and form one (1) combined team, provided that only one official entry is submitted through the participating SKs.
5. Registration shall be on a first-come, first-served basis. Only the first nine (9) teams to submit their Intent to Participate shall be officially accepted, form will automatically close upon reaching 9 entries.
6. Each team shall consist of fifteen (15) to twenty (20) members.
7. At least five (5) members of every team must be BP SIBOL Scholars. And the SK Chairperson shall be one of the performers.
8. All performers must be 10 to 30 years old on the day of the competition.
9. All participants must be bona fide residents of Brooke's Point.
10. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

No entries shall be accepted after the deadline or once the maximum of nine (9) teams has been reached, whichever comes first.

1. Each team shall perform a 3 to 5-minute Zumba routine, excluding entrance and exit from the performance area.
2. Teams may use a medley of Zumba, dance fitness, Latin, OPM, pop, or other upbeat music suitable for the competition.
3. The official music in MP3 format must be submitted to the Organizing Committee not later than August 28, 2026 (at least one day before the competition).
4. Performances should demonstrate creativity, synchronization, energy, and audience engagement while promoting health, fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
5. Dangerous stunts, pyrotechnics, fire effects, or props that may compromise the safety of participants and spectators shall not be permitted.
6. Costumes must be decent, appropriate, and suitable for a community youth event.

The following awards shall be conferred:

1. The decision of the Board of Judges shall be final and irrevocable.
2. Any matter not covered by these guidelines shall be resolved by the Organizing Committee, whose decision shall likewise be final.
3. By submitting an entry, all participating teams signify their understanding and acceptance of these rules and regulations.
