🏫 SITE VALIDATION | FY 2025 LGSF-SBDP PROJECT
📍 San Jose Elementary School, Brgy. Culasian, Dumaran, Palawan

Isang mahalagang hakbang tungo sa patuloy na pagpapabuti ng mga pasilidad pang-edukasyon sa Barangay Culasian ang isinagawang Site Validation ng DILG Palawan, na pinangunahan ni Provincial Director Myla B. Panganiban, EnP, DPA, CESE, para sa karagdagang proyekto sa ilalim ng FY 2025 Local Government Support Fund – Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) 2025 of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC).

Isinagawa ang validation para sa Proposed Construction of School Building sa San Jose Elementary School, Brgy. Culasian na naglalayong makatulong sa pagkakaroon ng mas maayos, ligtas, at angkop na learning environment para sa mga mag-aaral at teaching personnel ng paaralan.

Nakiisa sa isinagawang site validation si Municipal Mayor Hon. Richard R. Herrera, kasama si Rosemarie N. Rogas, EnP, MLGOO-Dumaran, gayundin ang mga kinatawan at staff mula sa Municipal Planning and Development Office at Municipal Engineering Office ng LGU Dumaran, kasama ang mga kinauukulang opisyal at stakeholders ng paaralan at barangay.

Ang proyektong ito ay bahagi ng patuloy na pagsisikap na maisulong ang mga kinakailangang imprastraktura para sa sektor ng edukasyon at makapagbigay ng mas maayos na pasilidad para sa mga kabataan ng Barangay Culasian.

Patuloy ang pagkakaisa at pagtutulungan para sa mas maayos na pasilidad, mas magandang learning environment, at mas maunlad na komunidad.

🏥 INAUGURATION CEREMONY | NEWLY CONSTRUCTED BARANGAY HEALTH STATION
📍 Brgy. Culasian, Dumaran, Palawan

Isang makabuluhan at napakahalagang araw para sa mga mamamayan ng Barangay Culasian ang pagdaraos ng Inauguration Ceremony para sa bagong tayong Barangay Health Station ngayong September 17, 2026.

Ang bagong pasilidad na ito ay isang mahalagang hakbang tungo sa pagpapalakas ng serbisyong pangkalusugan at pagbibigay ng mas accessible, maayos at malapit na serbisyong pangkalusugan para sa mga residente ng Barangay Culasian.

Nakiisa sa makabuluhang okasyong ito sina DILG Palawan Provincial Director Myla B. Panganiban, EnP, DPA, CESE; Rosemarie N. Rogas, EnP, MLGOO-Dumaran; Municipal Mayor Hon. Richard R. Herrera; at ang mga Barangay Officials na pinamumunuan ni Hon. Nerio A. Bagona. Dumalo rin ang mga staff mula sa Municipal Planning and Development Office at Municipal Engineering Office ng LGU Dumaran.

Ang proyektong ito ay pinunduhan sa ilalim ng FY 2025 Local Government Support Fund – Support to Barangay Development Program (LGSF-SBDP) 2025 of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC).

Sa pamamagitan ng proyektong ito, patuloy na naipagkakaloob ang mga kinakailangang pasilidad at serbisyo na makatutulong sa kapakanan at kalusugan ng mga mamamayan ng Barangay Culasian.

Isang makabuluhang hakbang tungo sa mas malusog at mas maunlad na Barangay Culasian!

Who can apply?
✔ Incoming regular 3rd year college students enrolled in a DOST-SEI priority S&T course
✔ Must have a GWA of at least 83% (or its equivalent) with no failing or conditional grades from 1st Year of the 1st Semester to 2nd Year of the 1st Semester, including any midyear terms.
✔ Must be a natural-born Filipino citizen.
✔ Must be of good moral character and in good health.
✔ Should not have previously availed of any DOST-SEI scholarship. (Applicants who applied before but didn’t qualify or didn’t avail themselves of the award may still apply.)
