The proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for the Municipalities of the Province of Nueva Ecija is hereby made available for public information and review pursuant to Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).
The published tables contain the proposed market values that will serve as the basis for discussion during the Public Consultation. Property owners, stakeholders, and the general public are encouraged to review the proposed values and submit their comments, suggestions, or recommendations.
