On 08 Sept 2025, the First Sergeant of Charlie Battery recently conducted a Troop Information and Education (TI&E) session to address the troops' issues and concerns. The activity aimed to strengthen communication within the unit, allowing personnel to raise matters related to their welfare, administrative needs, and other personal or operational challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

During the session, the First Sergeant emphasized the importance of listening to the voices of every soldier and committed to taking prompt action on the concerns presented. The open forum served as a venue for sharing information and a means to boost morale and unity within the battery. Leadership reaffirmed their dedication to the well-being and readiness of all personnel under their care.
