Hon. Yankee Mendiola continues to champion programs that recognize and uplift the youth of Pambujan through education, leadership, and sports excellence.
During the Regular Session of the Sangguniang Bayan held on May 4, 2026, at the Municipal Session Hall of Pambujan, Northern Samar, five significant ordinances were officially approved:
• Ordinance No. 15 series of 2026– AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING INCENTIVES AND AWARDS TO STUDENTS AND THEIR COACHES WHO WIN IN THE REGIONAL, NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC COMPETITIONS
• Ordinance No. 16 series of 2026– AN ORDINANCE GRANTING INCENTIVES TO STUDENT-ATHLETES AND THEIR COACHES FROMALL PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMBUJAN WHO WIN IN THE EASTERN VISAYAS REGIONAL ATHLETIC ASSOCATION (EVRAA) MEET AND THE PALARONG PAMBANSA.IN BOTH INDIVIDUALAND GROUP CATEGORIES AND ANY OTHER SPORTS RECOGNIZED BY THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PAMBUJAN, NORTHERN SAMAR
• Ordinance No. 17, Series of 2026 – AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE GRANT OF PLAQUES OF RECOGNITION AND MEDALSTO LEADERSHIPAWARDEES IN ALL PUBLIC ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMBUJAN DURING RECOGNITION RITES AND GRADUATON CEREMONIES
• Ordinance No. 18 series of 2026– AN ORDINACE GRANTING CASH INCENTIVES TO TOP TEN (10) BOARD EXAMINATION PASSERS, BAR EXAMINATION PASSERS, AND MEDICAL BOARD PASSERS WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMBUJAN
• Ordinance No. 19 series of 2026 – AN ORDINACE AUTHORIZING THE GRANT OF PLAQUES OF RECOGNITION TO ALL BOARD EXAMINATION PASSERS WHO ARE RESIDENTS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF PAMBUJAN, TO BE AWARDED DURING THE RAYHAK NG KABATAAN PROGRAM
These ordinances aim to recognize excellence, reward hard work, and inspire every Pambujanon youth to strive higher in academics, sports, leadership, and professional fields. From granting incentives to outstanding students and athletes, to honoring leadership awardees and board passers, these measures reflect the municipality’s commitment to empowering the next generation through strong commitment in empowering the youth, recognizing excellence, and inspiring every Pambujanon to strive for greater achievements.
