FIND A BETTER WAY TO ELIMINATE MOSQUITO WITHOUT KILLING POLLINATORS...
https://www.facebook.com/share/19YNwyf4xU/
Mosquito-control spraying can reduce biting insects, but broad insecticide applications may affect far more than mosquitoes. Depending on the chemical, dose, timing, and application method, beneficial insects such as bees and other pollinators can be exposed too. 🐝
That matters because pollinators support flowering plants, gardens, wild ecosystems, and much of the food people depend upon. A treatment intended to solve one problem can create another when beneficial insects are caught in the spray.
Communities can reduce risk by using targeted mosquito-control methods, removing standing water, and treating breeding areas before relying on broad adult-insect spraying. Protecting ourselves should not require treating every insect as the enemy. 🌼
