In line with the provisions of the Local Government Code regarding the situs of taxation, the Municipal Treasurerโ€™s Office has successfully streamlined the collection of business taxes from contractors operating within our jurisdiction. By strictly enforcing the 70/30 revenue allocation rule, we have ensured that tax liabilities are accurately declared at the project site level. This strategic focus on situs-based collection has significantly optimized local revenue mobilization, ensuring that infrastructure projects contribute directly to the fiscal health of the municipality where the actual development occurs.

Displayed below are the actual business tax collections received from various contractors. We look forward to seeing increased participation and further collections in the coming weeks, ensuring that all projects contribute their fair share to our municipalityโ€™s development.
