| DISTRIBUTION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO COLLEGE STUDENTS

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Callao successfully conducted the Distribution of Financial Assistance to ALL College Students of Barangay Callao on August 1, 2026, following the conduct of the 2nd Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly 2026.

The program forms part of SK Callao’s continuing commitment to support the educational needs of the Kabataang Callao. Through this initiative, all eligible college students from Puroks 1–7 were provided financial assistance to help with their school-related expenses.

More than the amount extended, this initiative reflects the SK Council’s commitment to making its educational programs inclusive and accessible to every college student in the barangay.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Callao remains committed to investing in education and creating opportunities that support the aspirations of every young Callao resident.

| KK CONNECTION TIME

Following the conduct of the 2nd Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly 2026, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Callao facilitated KK Connection Time today, August 1, 2026, at the Barangay Hall, Callao, Peñablanca, Cagayan.

Through interactive activities and group engagement, KK members were given the opportunity to connect, collaborate, express their ideas, and strengthen their sense of participation and belonging within the community.

The activity highlighted the importance of teamwork, communication, and active youth involvement in building a more united and empowered Kabataang Callao.

| FREE BLOOD TYPING AND BLOOD GLUCOSE MEASURING

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Callao is currently conducting its Free Blood Typing and Blood Glucose Measuring Activity today, August 1, 2026, at the Barangay Hall, Callao, Peñablanca, Cagayan, as part of the pre-assembly activities for the 2nd Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly 2026.

The activity provides KK members and residents with an opportunity to know their blood type and monitor their blood glucose level while promoting greater awareness of personal health and preventive care.

Through this initiative, SK Callao continues to support accessible and community-based health services for the Kabataang Callao.

| 2ND KATIPUNAN NG KABATAAN (KK) ASSEMBLY 2026

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Callao warmly invites all Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) members aged 15–30 years old to participate in the 2nd KK Assembly 2026 on August 1, 2026, at the Barangay Hall, Callao, Peñablanca, Cagayan.

The assembly aims to strengthen youth participation, promote active citizenship, and provide an avenue for meaningful engagement in community development. Participants are encouraged to take part in the day’s activities and stay until the conclusion of the program.

PROGRAM OF ACTIVITIES

🩸 11:00 AM – Registration for Free Blood Typing & Blood Glucose Measuring
🩺 11:30 AM – Free Blood Typing & Free Blood Glucose Measuring
📝 12:30 PM – KK Assembly Registration (First 50 registrants will have a chance to receive surprise prizes!)
👥 1:00 PM – Opening of the 2nd Katipunan ng Kabataan (KK) Assembly
🤝 After the Assembly – KK Development Time (Interactive Youth Engagement Activities)
🎓 After the KK Development Time – Distribution of Financial Assistance to Qualified College Students and KK Tricycle Drivers

| FREE BLOOD TYPING & FREE BLOOD GLUCOSE MONITORING

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Callao invites all residents, especially the Katipunan ng Kabataan, to avail of our Free Blood Typing and Free Blood Glucose Monitoring on August 1, 2026 (Saturday), starting at 11:30 AM at the Barangay Hall, Callao, Peñablanca, Cagayan, prior to the conduct of the KK Assembly 2026.

This free health service aims to promote health awareness and encourage every member of the community to know their blood type and monitor their blood glucose level as part of preventive health care.

We encourage everyone to take advantage of this free service and join us for the KK Assembly immediately after.

| REGULAR SESSION FOR THE MONTH OF JULY

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Callao invites all members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan to participate in the Regular Session for the month of July, which will be held alongside a series of meaningful programs and services for our youth and community.

Agenda for the session includes the following:

• Second KK Assembly 2026
• Project SKolar – disbursement of financial assistance to all college students
• Project SKCares – disbursement of financial assistance to all KK Youth Tricycle Drivers
• Project SK (Sa Kalusugan) – Free Blood Typing and Free Blood Glucose Measuring

This activity aims to strengthen youth participation in governance while providing essential support and health services to our constituents.

We encourage everyone to attend and take part in these important initiatives for the welfare of our community.
