LGU Pilar headed by Municipal Mayor Dennis A. Sy-Reyes inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Gubat Saint Anthony Cooperative (GSAC), marking another significant partnership aimed at strengthening programs and services for the community.

The agreement highlights the shared commitment of both parties in promoting inclusive growth, economic opportunities, and better services for the people of Pilar. Through this collaboration, LGU Pilar continues to build strong partnerships that contribute to the municipality’s progress and development.
