The Commission on Higher Education (CHED) announces the call for applications to the Colombian Institute for Educational Credit and Technical Studies Abroad (ICETEX) Programme for Spanish language courses, specialization programs, and master’s degrees under the 2026-2 Academic Offer Catalog.

This program provides opportunities for international students to pursue higher education and language training in Colombia with financial support from the Government of Colombia through ICETEX.
