Today, we honor and thank Dr. Leonardo C. Canlas, EdD, CESO VI, our outgoing Schools Division Superintendent, for his leadership, vision, and unwavering commitment to the people of the Schools Division Office of San Jose del Monte.
Doc Nardz, you have shown us that leadership is not only about being magaling—competent, decisive, and driven to achieve excellence. It is also about being mabuti—compassionate, fair, humble, and genuinely concerned for the people you lead.
You reminded us that excellence becomes more meaningful when it is anchored on character; that accomplishments matter, but the lives we touch matter even more.
Under your leadership, you challenged us to rise above limitations, to pursue quality, and to believe that a Magaling at Mabuting San Joseño is not simply a goal, but a generation we must intentionally build.
As you move to your next chapter, may you carry with you the gratitude of the many teachers, school leaders, personnel, learners, and partners whose lives you have influenced.
