The office of the Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro, thru the office of Hon. Antonio Bacaltos Jr. has written to inform that ๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ for the ๐๐๐๐ฎ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐๐ข๐๐ฅ ๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐ซ๐ญ๐ข๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ (๐๐-๐๐๐
๐๐) have been allocated to our municipality.
Interested qualifying applicants shall accomplish and bring the requirements to the Office of the Mayor and look for SKF President Ashley Gayle Canoy Reville, or any staff available.
The following requirements must be submitted:
1. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟReport Card with a general weighted average of at least 85%;
2. Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the principal and endorsed by the District Supervisor (if photocopy, it must be authenticated);
3. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟBarangay Certification to show proof that he/she is a resident thereof;
4. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟVoter's ID/Voter's Certificate duly issued by the COMELEC;
5. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟIncome Tax Return/Tax Exemption of parents or guardian duly issued by the BIR;
6. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟLetter of Attestation attesting/certifying that he/she is not a beneficiary of any other scholarship program;
7. Study Load/Certificate of Enrollment with current College Course of which the student is enrolled; and
8. Student Information Form which shall be completely filled out.
