With extensive clinical nursing practice spanning 14 years, Mr. Alvin Ian M. Blanco, MAN, RN, DipHLM, CHA is a qualified candidate for this award. Aside from pursuing clinical excellence in operating room nursing and outpatient care, he strives to advance professionally through continuous learning and development. Mr. Blanco has taken on managerial nursing roles and serves as the Team Leader for Bailan District Hospital Internal Quality Auditors. His dedication to the profession has gained him numerous awards and speaking engagements. By sharing his time and expertise with other professionals and the community, he has improved the quality of care and uplifted the practice of the nursing profession.
