Salvacion High School successfully conducted its School-Based Deworming Program as part of its commitment to promoting the health and well-being of every learner. The activity was headed by our School Nurse, Rezel Deen B. Unayan, RN, with the assistance of School Clinic-in-Charge Jimboy Mark M. Sabal and the dedicated Barangay Health Workers (BHWs).

Before the administration of the deworming tablets, School Nurse Rezel Deen B. Unayan, RN conducted a health education session to help learners understand the importance and benefits of deworming. She explained that regular deworming helps eliminate intestinal worms, improves nutrient absorption, boosts energy, enhances appetite, supports healthy growth and development, strengthens the immune system, and enables learners to stay active, focused, and ready to learn.

Following the orientation, learners with duly signed parental consent forms were given deworming tablets under the careful supervision of the School Nurse, with the assistance of the School Clinic-in-Charge and Barangay Health Workers. Each learner was properly guided and monitored throughout the activity to ensure their safety and well-being.

Salvacion High School extends its sincere appreciation to our School Nurse Rezel Deen B. Unayan, RN, School Clinic-in-Charge Jimboy Mark M. Sabal, the Barangay Health Workers, parents, teachers, and all stakeholders whose dedication and cooperation contributed to the successful implementation of this important health initiative.

SALVACION, Matalam, Cotabato — Every learner deserves a comfortable place to learn, and through the generosity of the Province of Cotabato, that vision has become a reality for the students of Salvacion High School.

Under the leadership of Governor Hon. Emmylou "Lala" Taliño-Mendoza, the Provincial Government donated 65 wooden armchairs to Salvacion High School, reinforcing its commitment to improving the quality of education and creating a more conducive learning environment for every learner.

The successful delivery of the armchairs was made possible through the initiative and dedicated leadership of School Head Romelyn D. Nicolas, HT III, whose commitment to strengthening partnerships continues to bring meaningful support and lasting improvements to the school.
Salvacion High School also extends its sincere appreciation to the Schools Division Office of Cotabato, headed by Romelito G. Flores, CESO VI, Schools Division Superintendent, and Rosalita Baldestamon, EdD, Public Schools District Supervisor, for their continued guidance and unwavering support in advancing quality education.

The school likewise recognizes the invaluable assistance of the Barangay Council of Salvacion, led by Hon. Edmund A. Rosete, Sr., together with Hon. Roberto Dayuha, Chairperson on Education, Hon. Aron Sescar, Barangay Councilor, and Mr. Limuel T. Ligued, Barangay Treasurer, for their support during the turnover of the donated armchairs.

The school also expresses its gratitude to PTA President Mr. Von Clyde Julao, parents, teachers, alumni, and all stakeholders whose continued cooperation strengthens the school's programs and initiatives.

More than classroom furniture, these 65 wooden armchairs symbolize hope, opportunity, and the shared commitment of government and the community to provide every learner with a safe, comfortable, and inspiring place to learn.
