16. Beanie Ochang

Today (well, yesterday) is the birth of "Beanie Ochang". Mala-P-pop ang nickname ng bata as she wanted na terno daw kami dahil may new pink beanie din ako 🤷

At ayan nagyaya na nga siya sa Day 4 ng Anime Fair Father's Day Special, held at Ayala Malls Manila Bay. Nakakapagod para sa isang taga-kyusi ang dumayo ng Paranaque, kaso ganun talaga spoiled si Ochang sa akin e ahaha.

Cool to meet cosers and friends along the event within our short stay. And sorry kung medyo bias din kami ngayon kasi parang 90% ng coser pics namin puro MHA peeps ahaha.

Thank you sa cosplay community for always being so friendly with everyone! And to the coser friends on the following photos, thanks for holding Beanie Ochang with you; she was beyond delighted! 🙌🙌

13. FanFes '26 Part I: Cos Pics

Hallooo! It's not our first time attending cons but I admit this is a first in attending a FanFes event, and it's fun and refreshing for a lot of reasons:

- Went with my wife, which made this day a special kind of vacation-bond
- The community is very welcoming!
- Met with my online moot and a co-Ochacollector
- Lots of merch booths (kahit konti lang nabili ko hehe)
- Able to accomplish a side-mission with the help of very accommodating collaborators (COMING SOON!), and lastly...
- Got good pics with cosers, which is what this post is all about!

A huge thank you to all cosers, it's so nice meeting all of you! You guys are really good at what you do! I hope the tags/mentions reach you well 🙏

And to most of you who I requested a short video participation, don't worry we're getting the noodles cooked! I promise to deliver them 'al dente' 🤌

Late upload! This took place during Honkai: Star Rail 3rd Anniversary at SM North EDSA, 04/28. Not present for the event itself, but was there to render work and such.

10. Firsts and Been-a-Whiles

It's weeks since I last logged here. I purposely halted using this page for some time due to an incident 20~ days ago when my account faced TWO suspensions by Meta in just a span of 3 hours! Refrained from using the page as I didn't want Meta to detect any further traffic from my profiles, in dread of triggering yet another flag 😬😬 Imagine the pain and fear of losing everything. Thought I'll never recover this page, yet here we are as luck would have it 😆

Anyway, a few life updates, all transpiring last evening:

1. I haven't purchased anything from Booksale for months up until when, during a surprise random visit, I saw this kid flipping the pages of this book (but with an unlikely intent to buy it). Ohlaud it's a cat book! After he put it down I immediately grabbed it and never let it out of my arms til cashier time 🤣🤣 The book even has a big poster attachment, such nice find! Will probably do a separate post for it but for sure it's a great addition to my , section meow.

2. First time we tried Gacha! I'm honestly not a fan of one because I don't like spending on blind-box-types of merchandise 😅 Yet we're attracted by these HxH goodies. And if there's a first time for everything then today could be ours for this. We hoped to get Meruem and Komugi, but we got Pouf and Pitou instead. Not bad for first timers! At least it's not a dupli catch nyahahha! Will come back for more pag may budget (haha ayaw daw ha).

3. Been wanting to showcase this as I'm proud to acquire my very first "identification card" bearing the name Ocha Noodlehair 🥳 🥳 Thanks Timezone Philippines for making it possible HAHAHHA. It's with me for months now, ngayon lang talaga nailabas sa wallet 😜

Ochaco & Toru over toppled Bolabola figurines, all trying to look like an art exhibit item.

But most importantly this wouldn't feel like a gallery piece if not for that majestic starry night of a landscape, painted by my wife on one of her occasional imaginative moments.

Well, heavens couldn't turn me into an artist so they made sure I married one ☺️☺️🙌🙌
