Last May 6, 23, June 24, 26, 2025, Dr. Jeremiah Elloso, Head of Student Housing and Residential Services, together with Ms. Narish Zaira R. Saludes, Academic Support Staff from the Office of Student Affairs and Services conducted random visitation to the accredited boarding houses of the university. The visit formed part of continuous efforts to resolve issues raised by property owners or identified during inspections, while also ensuring that all boarding houses remain compliant with health, safety, and occupancy standards. In addition to evaluating the general condition of the facilities, the monitoring also focused on specific concerns that may affect the safety and overall well-being of student boarders. The activity further aimed to gather concerns that can be discussed in an upcoming consultative meeting ahead of the opening of Academic Year 2025–2026.
