Schedule of Activities
Dahil po sa nararanasan nating National Energy Emergency (Executive Order 110), minabuti po naming i-adjust ang ating Bulihah Festival Schedule of Activities upang makatulong sa pagtitipid ng kuryente at gasolina sa ating bayan at kaya ngayon taon ay minabuting alisin ang ilang mga aktibidad bilang pagtugon sa Executive Order 110 ng pangulo ng bansa. Gayon pa man sa kabila ng hamon ay patuloy pa rin tayong magdiriwang kahit ito man ay hindi magarbo.
Hinihikayat din po ang lahat na maging matipid sa paggamit ng eneriya sa ating mga tahanan habang tayo ay nasa ilalim ng State of Emergency.

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)–Quezon, in partnership with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Sampaloc, Quezon, formalized its commitment to digital skills development through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing held on March 18, 2026, in Brgy. San Roque, Sampaloc, Quezon.
The activity opened with welcoming remarks from Municipal Vice Mayor Hon. Teresita D. Villeno, followed by a message of support from DTI Quezon Provincial Director Julieta L. Tadiosa, CESO IV, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in expanding access to digital opportunities for local communities. A key highlight of the event was the Google Career Certificates (GCC) Program Orientation and Partnership Introduction led by Ms. Berlin V. Mabuna, Chief Trade-Industry Development Specialist from the DTI E-Commerce Bureau. Municipal Mayor Hon. Nicolas Andre T. Devanadera delivered a message of commitment and outlined future plans for the program's beneficiaries. The reading of the Certificate of Undertaking (COU) was led by learner representative Ms. Apple Orejola Seisa to ensure participants' responsibilities were clearly understood. The activity concluded with the official signing of the COU by learners and the MOU between DTI Quezon and LGU Sampaloc, followed by a photo opportunity.
This initiative highlights DTI Quezon’s continued efforts to strengthen partnerships and promote inclusive digital transformation by equipping communities with in-demand skills for employment and entrepreneurship.

February 4, 2026 — The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Quezon, through Negosyo Center Sampaloc and in coordination with the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Sampaloc, assisted the participation of four (4) MSMEs in ProPak Philippines 2026 held at the World Trade Center Metro Manila in Pasay City.

ProPak Philippines is recognized as one of the country’s premier international trade exhibitions for processing, packaging, and logistics technologies. The event provided participating MSMEs with valuable exposure to emerging industry trends, innovative packaging solutions, and potential business collaborations with local and international stakeholders.

In support of the ProPak Bus-in Program, the LGU of Sampaloc, under the leadership of Mayor Nicolas Andre T. Devanadera, extended transportation assistance from the designated pick-up and drop-off point in Lucena Grand Terminal. This support helped ensure the safe, organized, and timely travel of participants.

DTI Quezon and LGU Sampaloc continue to work together in empowering MSMEs by expanding market opportunities, strengthening entrepreneurial capabilities, and fostering sustainable enterprise development. The initiative reflects their shared commitment to promoting innovation and inclusive economic growth within the local business community.
