๐Ÿšจ ATTENTION USG & CSG CANDIDATES! ๐Ÿšจ
This is the OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT and GUIDELINES for the upcoming ELECTION CAMPAIGN.
Every candidate is expected to READ and FOLLOW the instructions carefully. โœ…

๐Ÿ“„ POSTERS AND FLYERS
โ€ข USG Parties are allowed ONLY ONE (1) poster as a whole.
โ€ข Each CSG per department must also have ONLY ONE (1) poster AS A WHOLE.
โ€ข Posters of every USG/CSG party should NOT EXCEED the maximum size limit of 13x17 inches.
โ€ข SOLO or INDIVIDUAL posters must be in letter size (8.5x11 inches) only.
โ€ข FLYERS ARE ALLOWED โœจ, but candidates must be RESPONSIBLE for proper disposal ๐Ÿšฎ.
โ€ข Flyers must not exceed A5 size (5.82x8.26 inches).

๐Ÿ›๏ธ POSTER DESIGNATION
โ€ข CSG Posters must be posted ONLY in their respective areas:
๐Ÿ“Œ BEED & BSED โ†’ Education Room Wall
๐Ÿ“Œ BSIT โ†’ IT Laboratory
๐Ÿ“Œ BSA โ†’ BSA Room
๐Ÿ“Œ BSHTM โ†’ HTM Laboratory
๐Ÿ“Œ BUSINESS โ†’ Business Room

โ€ข USG Parties must post their SOLO/INDIVIDUAL posters on the BUILDING COLUMNS of the Education Room and Library.
โ€ข SOLO Posters of the USG/CSG should NOT exceed ONE (1) per designated area.

โ€ผ๏ธ IMPORTANT REMINDERS โ€ผ๏ธ
โš ๏ธ Please MINIMIZE the posting areas: strictly on bulletin boards, classroom walls, and building columns.
โš ๏ธ Be MINDFUL of your TRASH โ€” flyers and posters should NOT be scattered around. ๐Ÿšฏ
โš ๏ธ Official CSG and USG posters (AS A WHOLE) must ONLY be posted on campus bulletin boards.
โš ๏ธ COMSELEC reserves the RIGHT to REMOVE any posters that DO NOT FOLLOW the guidelines. โŒ
โš ๏ธPOSTERS should be posted in a wall or column using rolled CELLOPHANE TAPE or PAPER MASKING TAPE, but STRICTLY WITHOUT USING DOUBLE SIDED TAPES.๐Ÿ“ƒ
