๐ข EXAMINATION ADVISORY
PROHIBITED ACTS DURING THE CONDUCT OF CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATIONS
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office IV reminds all examinees to strictly observe the rules and regulations during the conduct of Civil Service Examinations.
To ensure the integrity, fairness, and orderly administration of the examination, the following acts are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
๐ซ Do NOT bring or use the following inside the examination room:
โข Calculators of any kind (including watch calculators)
โข Mobile phones, smart watches, and other digital or wearable devices (whether turned on or off)
โข Books, dictionaries, printed materials, reviewers, or similar references
โข Any electronic gadgets or devices capable of recording, storing, or transmitting information
๐ซ Do NOT use any piece of paper (including your Application Receipt or Official Receipt), or write unnecessary markings on your body, clothing, or any unauthorized material for scratch work.
๐ซ Do NOT take photos, videos, or audio recordings of any part of the examination, testing venue, examination materials, fellow examinees, or testing personnel. Posting or sharing examination questions or answers on social media or any communication platform is likewise prohibited.
๐ซ Do NOT tear pages from the Test Booklet, copy examination questions or answers, use crib sheets, or engage in any form of cheating.
๐ซ Do NOT bring the Test Booklet or Answer Sheet outside the testing room.
โ ๏ธ Violation of these rules may result in disqualification, invalidation of examination results, and other administrative actions in accordance with CSC policies.
We encourage all examinees to read and understand the examination guidelines before the examination day. Your cooperation helps ensure a fair, secure, and credible civil service examination for everyone.
