📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that our office schedule remains Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Likewise, the personal appearance schedule for filing of examination applications shall strictly follow the office working hours. Applicants are required to personally appear on their selected appointment date to submit their application.

Failure to personally appear on the scheduled appointment shall automatically result in the forfeiture of the reserved slot. Missed appointments will no longer be accommodated, and applicants will need to secure a new schedule, subject to availability.

Please also be advised that the office is closed during declared holidays; hence, no filing transactions or appointments shall be processed on such dates.

Applicants are strongly encouraged to carefully read and understand all posted guidelines and instructions to avoid inconvenience.

📢 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘 📢

For the 09 August 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) in Odiongan, Romblon, the CSC Field Office Romblon will use the Online Civil Service Examination Application System (OCSEAS) as the mode of filing of examination application.

The system will officially OPEN TO THE PUBLIC today, 12 May 2026, at exactly 8:00 AM.

Slots are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis until all slots are filled.

🗓 Applicants are required to personally appear on their preferred scheduled date and bring all the necessary requirements for the processing of their application.

❗Non-appearance on the scheduled date shall mean forfeiture of slot.

👉 New applicants may create their OCSEAS account.

❗STRICTLY NO WALK-IN APPLICANTS will be accommodated.

📅 Date of Examination: 09 August 2026
🗓 Application Period: 14 May 2026 to 10 June 2026
📌 Target Release of Results: 12 October 2026
All interested applicants are advised that acceptance of applications shall be on a first-come, first-served basis and may be closed prior to the deadline once the target number of applicants has been reached.
Applicants are required to apply through the Online Civil Service Examination Application System (OCSEAS) via the link below:
