Pursuant to Republic Act No. 6741 which declares August 19 each year as a Special (Non-Working) Day in Quezon City and Quezon Province, the 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐈𝐕 and 𝐂𝐒𝐂 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 will be 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 on 𝟏𝟗 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.
Meanwhile, 𝟐𝟏 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 (𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲) has also been declared a Special (Non-Working) Day (Ninoy Aquino Day) pursuant to Proclamation No. 1006. In line with the 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 (whenever a holiday falls on a Friday), this Regional Office and its Field Offices will be 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗡 from

📢 ADVISORY TO EXAMINEES ASSIGNED AT ODIONGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL (ONHS)

Due to heavy rains that have caused flooding at the main gate of Odiongan National High School (ONHS), examinees assigned at ONHS are advised to use the alternative access routes through Romblon State University (RSU) – Main Campus or Odiongan South Central Elementary School (OSCES).

From either RSU or OSCES, examinees may proceed to the back gate of ONHS, which will serve as the accessible entrance to the school.

Examinees are advised to allow sufficient travel time and proceed directly to their designated examination rooms.

Please be guided accordingly.

📢 EXAMINATION ADVISORY

PROHIBITED ACTS DURING THE CONDUCT OF CIVIL SERVICE EXAMINATIONS

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) Regional Office IV reminds all examinees to strictly observe the rules and regulations during the conduct of Civil Service Examinations.

To ensure the integrity, fairness, and orderly administration of the examination, the following acts are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

🚫 Do NOT bring or use the following inside the examination room:
• Calculators of any kind (including watch calculators)
• Mobile phones, smart watches, and other digital or wearable devices (whether turned on or off)
• Books, dictionaries, printed materials, reviewers, or similar references
• Any electronic gadgets or devices capable of recording, storing, or transmitting information

🚫 Do NOT use any piece of paper (including your Application Receipt or Official Receipt), or write unnecessary markings on your body, clothing, or any unauthorized material for scratch work.

🚫 Do NOT take photos, videos, or audio recordings of any part of the examination, testing venue, examination materials, fellow examinees, or testing personnel. Posting or sharing examination questions or answers on social media or any communication platform is likewise prohibited.

🚫 Do NOT tear pages from the Test Booklet, copy examination questions or answers, use crib sheets, or engage in any form of cheating.

🚫 Do NOT bring the Test Booklet or Answer Sheet outside the testing room.

⚠️ Violation of these rules may result in disqualification, invalidation of examination results, and other administrative actions in accordance with CSC policies.

We encourage all examinees to read and understand the examination guidelines before the examination day. Your cooperation helps ensure a fair, secure, and credible civil service examination for everyone.

📢 EXAMINATION ADVISORY

The Civil Service Commission Regional Office IV advises all examinees of the 09 August 2026 Career Service Examination – Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) that the Online Notice of School Assignment (ONSA) is now available.

✅ Check your assigned testing venue through the ONSA link or scan the QR code provided in the image.

📍 Reminder: If possible, visit your assigned testing venue at least one (1) day before the examination to familiarize yourself with the location and travel route.

⏰ Important: Gates of all testing venues will be closed at exactly 7:45 A.M. Late examinees will not be admitted.
