Please be informed that our laser engraver (printer) is currently under repair and temporarily unavailable.

In line with this, ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS for Driver’s License card printing are CANCELLED.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding while the equipment is being repaired.

We shall inform you promptly upon completion of the repair.

Please be advised that the use of a temporary Driver’s License (DL) or electronic Driver’s License (e-DL) during inspection and/or apprehension remains valid.

✅ Driver’s Licenses
✅ Conductor’s Licenses
✅ Student-Driver’s Permits
✅ Motor Vehicle Registration

🔔 WAIVER OF PENALTIES
During the extension period, NO surcharges, penalties, or fines shall be imposed for late renewal.

This is in line with the declared State of National Energy Emergency to ensure continuous public service and convenience.

Good news to our motorists!

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has announced a 3-month extension on expiring licenses and motor vehicle registrations — and you won't be charged a single peso in penalties during this period.

LTO Chief Asst. Secretary Markus V. Lacanilao has issued a memorandum circular ordering all regional offices nationwide to implement the extension, following a Department of Transportation memo dated April 14, 2026, issued in response to the government-declared State of National Energy Emergency.

Starting April 2026, the following documents due for expiration are automatically extended for three (3) months from their respective expiry dates:

🪪 Driver's Licenses
📋 Conductor's Licenses
🚗 Student-Driver's Permits
🏍️ Motor Vehicle Registrations

For the entire duration of the extension period, the LTO will NOT impose any surcharges, penalties, or fines for late renewal of the above-listed documents.

The LTO cited reduced working days and an anticipated surge in transactions as key reasons for the relief measure, giving the public a fair window to comply without rushing, and without paying extra.

All LTO offices have been directed to ensure uniform nationwide implementation and to manage the expected increase in transaction volume to keep public service running smoothly.

Please be informed that printing of DL Cards is temporarily unavailable due to the repair of the laser engraver (printer).

In the meantime, we encourage our clients to use the temporary DL or E-DL during inspection or apprehension.

Rest assured that we will post updates regarding the resumption of DL card printing.

In line with the advisory from the Land Transportation Office, please be informed that LTO Roxas City District Office will remain OPEN from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

All transactions such as driver’s licensing, motor vehicle registration, adjudication, and other public services will continue without disruption.

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) adopts a 4-day on-site and 1-day work-from-home arrangement as part of government energy conservation measures amid rising global oil prices.

Under Memorandum Circular No. MVL-2026-4999, all frontline services will remain open from Monday to Friday, transactions such as driver's licensing, motor vehicle registration, adjudication, and other public facing services will continue without disruption.

For non-client-facing units, a 4-day onsite work arrangement (Monday to Thursday) and work-from-home every Friday will be implemented.

LTO 6, NAKA-INSPECT SANG 8,000 KA MGA SALAKYAN SA WESTERN VISAYAS SINI NGA SEMANA SANTA

Naglab-ot sa 8,000 tanan ka mga salakyan ang ginpaidalum sa inspeksyon sang Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region 6 sa mga dalanon kag terminal sa Western Visayas, sa ginpatigayon nga Oplan Biyaheng Ayos Semana Santa.

Angut diri, yara sa 18 ka colorum nga salakyan ang nagkaladakpan sang mga LTO enforcers sa rehiyon.

Dugang pa, nagdangat naman sa 650 ang gin-issue nga Temporary Operators Permit para sa mga motorista nga may violations sa diin 153 ang naga-maneho sang indi rehistrado nga salakyan, 79 ang wala sang valid license, kag 157 bangud sa reckless driving.

Sa idalum sang liderato ni Atty. Gaudioso Geduspan II bilang Regional Director, ginpasangkad pa ang visibility kag pagpahamtang sang enforcement team sa mga terminal, airport, amo man ang iban pa nga strategic areas.
