BES Joins the 1st Quarter NSED

On March 12, 2026, Busa Elementary School joined the 1st Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED). Learners, teachers, and staff practiced the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” and safely evacuated to the designated areas.

This activity reminds everyone to stay prepared and know what to do during an earthquake. Together, we continue to promote safety in our school. 💙

BES Joins National Toothbrushing Day

On February 2, 2026, Busa Elementary School came alive with smiles as learners and teachers marked National Toothbrushing Day together. Learners happily took part in toothbrushing activities that reminded them to brush their teeth twice-three times a day and care for their smiles.

The simple celebration helped learners understand that everyday habits, like brushing, play a big role in staying healthy and confident. 🖌🪥🪥🖌🖌

On January 05, 2026, our school head and teachers took their oathtaking—three Teacher III promoted to Teacher VI and one Teacher III promoted to Teacher V. Congratulations on this well-deserved achievement.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to His Excellency Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., our Secretary Hon. Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara, Regional Director Dr. Estela P. Cariño, and the Department of Budget and Management – Cordillera Administrative Region, led by RD Marie Christine Andaya.

We had read-alouds, choral reading, individual reading, peer reading, poem memotization, spelling bee, silent reading sir, and fun storytelling activities. Our learners showed that reading can take us anywhere.

Busa Elementary School is incredibly proud of our learners who shined in the recently concluded Sabangan Municipal Meet, giving their all in Chess, Track and Field, Badminton, and Table Tennis. From thoughtful moves on the chessboard to powerful running, skillful jumping, and determined throwing on the field—as well as exciting rallies on the court—our learners showed heart, grit, and true sportsmanship. This achievement was made even more meaningful through the unwavering support of our hardworking parents, the guidance of our dedicated teacher-coaches, and the leadership of our school head.
