𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳
San Andres – In a dignified morning ceremony, the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Andres formally welcomed three newly promoted and appointed employees into their new roles. The oath taking was presided over by 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝘆 𝗧. 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗼, 𝗠.𝗗., who administered the oath of office to each honoree, underscoring the municipality’s commitment to professional development and efficient public service.
The ceremony highlighted the advancement of 𝗥𝗲𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗔. 𝗦𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗲𝘇, who has been promoted to 𝐶𝑜𝑜𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒𝑠 𝐷𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑙𝑜𝑝𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡 𝑆𝑝𝑒𝑐𝑖𝑎𝑙𝑖𝑠𝑡 𝐼𝐼, reflecting his expertise in fostering local cooperative initiatives. 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗕. 𝗗𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗮 was elevated to 𝐴𝑑𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝐴𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝐼𝐼 (𝐵𝑜𝑜𝑘𝑘𝑒𝑒𝑝𝑒𝑟 𝐼) within the Municipal Accounting Office, a key position that will ensure the continued accuracy and transparency of the LGU’s financial records. Additionally, 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗕. 𝗚𝗮𝘇𝗮 received an appointment as 𝐴𝑑𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑒 𝐴𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝐼𝐼 (𝐴𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑎𝑛𝑡 𝑅𝑒𝑔𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑂𝑓𝑓𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑟), where she will support the registration unit in delivering timely citizen services.
The oath was assisted by 𝗠𝘀. 𝗗𝗲𝗯𝗯𝗶𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗼𝗻, Administrative Officer V (HRMO III), witnessed by a distinguished group of colleagues and community leaders: 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝘆. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢. 𝗦𝗼𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮 – Municipal Administrator, 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗔𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗕. 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗻 – OIC Municipal Tourism Officer, and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗮. Their presence signified both support for the new appointees and the collaborative spirit that drives the local government’s mission.
Mayor Romano praised the dedication of the three employees, noting that their promotions and appointments are “a testament to the hard work, integrity, and forward looking vision that our LGU strives to embody.” He further encouraged the newly sworn in staff to uphold the highest standards of public service, contributing to San Andres’s ongoing development and the well being of its constituents.
