Ngayong National Heroes Day, hindi lamang natin inaalala ang mga bayaning nagbuwis ng buhay para sa ating kalayaan. Inaalala rin natin ang bawat Pilipinong, sa tahimik na paraan, ay patuloy na nagsasakripisyo para sa kapwa at para sa bayan.

Kasalukuyang nangangalap ng datos ang Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Tarlac bilang suporta sa panukalang Point-to-Point (P2P) Transportation Assistance Program para sa mga indibidwal na direktang apektado ng pagsasara/pagbagsak ng Agana Bridge at Ninoy Aquino Bridge.

Building a Better Future📚: SK Poblacion Sur Supports Brigada Eskwela 2026🍃

As part of its annual commitment to education and community development, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Poblacion Sur, under the leadership of Hon. SK Chairman Raphael R. Modomo and SK Treasurer Kim Kyla S. Carmen, successfully turned over paint supplies to San Clemente Central Integrated School in support of this year's Brigada Eskwela. Although the turnover was conducted later than scheduled due to the processing and accessibility of the SK Council's WeAccess Landbank account, the Council remained committed to fulfilling its support for the school's preparation for the new academic year.

This initiative reflects the SK Council's dedication to creating a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment for students through collaborative community action. The donation of paint will help improve and maintain school facilities, reinforcing the shared responsibility of ensuring quality education for every learner.

This project is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 4: Quality Education, by supporting initiatives that enhance learning environments, and SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, through the collaboration between the SK Council and the school community in promoting accessible and quality education.☮️💚🍃

As part of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Poblacion Sur's commitment to promoting a cleaner and healthier barangay, trash bins were distributed to different areas of the barangay to encourage proper waste disposal and strengthen environmental responsibility among residents.

This SK project supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities and SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production, by promoting cleaner public spaces and responsible waste management.
