MOVING FIRMLY FOR A SAFER COMMUNITY: PAMPANGA POLICE TRACK DOWN PROVINCE’S RANK 3, 7, 9 TTMWPs, 6 OTHER WANTED PERSONS; BUST 12 DRUG PEDDLERS WITH OVER P661K SHABU

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – Through all-out efforts, the Pampanga PPO, under the directives of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, continues to eliminate criminality in the community, as a series of operations on June 2, 2026 led to the arrest of Top Most Wanted Persons in Pampanga, along with six (6) other wanted persons, and twelve (12) drug peddlers in possession of massive amount of illegal drugs.

The Pampanga Province’s Rank 3, 7 and 9 Top Ten Most Wanted Persons were successfully apprehended during the respective diligent manhunt operations launched by San Fernando CPS, Apalit MPS and Sta Ana MPS. Based on the Warrants of Arrest issued by the court, te accused are facing charges for the crime of R**e, Violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of R.A 9165 and Violation of Section 12, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165.

Six (6) other wanted persons were nabbed by Mabalacat CPS, Lubao MPS, Bacolor MPS (2 arrests), Floridablanca MPS and Arayat MPS for charges ranging to Violation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 22, Violation of City Municipal Ordinance Omnibus Anti-Smoking/Vaping Ordinance, Grave Coercion (2), Violation of Provincial Ordinance, and Violation of Section 5(I) of R.A. 9262.

As part of the aggressive campaign against illegal drugs, San Fernando CPS busted two (2) High-Value Individuals (HVIs) who yielded 65 grams of Shabu with Standard Drug Price of PHP 442,000.00.

The separate anti-illegal drug operations of Mabalacat CPS (3 arrests), Mexico MPS, Macabebe MPS (2 arrests), Minalin MPS (2 arrests), Arayat MPS and Masantol MPS resulted in the arrest of 10 drug personalities and confiscation of a total of 32.24 grams of Shabu amounting to PHP 219,232.00.

PAMPANGA PPO MARKS STRONG START OF JUNE 2026 WITH MAJOR LAW ENFORCEMENT SUCCESS: ARREST OF MOST WANTED PERSONS, FIREARM RECOVERY, AND ₱33,660.00 WORTH OF SUSPECTED SHABU SEIZED

City of San Fernando, Pampanga — On June 1, 2026, a series of coordinated law enforcement operations conducted by various police units of Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO), under the leaderhip of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, resulted in the arrest of multiple wanted persons, including top-ranking provincial and municipal most wanted individuals, as well as the confiscation of suspected illegal drugs with a total standard drug price amounting to ₱33,660.00.

The operations were carried out across different cities and municipalities in Pampanga and nearby areas, targeting individuals wanted for various offenses including drug-related violations, violent crimes, fi****ms offenses, sexual assault, theft, and municipal ordinance violations.

Arrests of Top Provincial and Municipal Most Wanted Persons:

In Mabalacat City, operatives arrested a Top 1 Provincial Most Wanted Person for Frustrated Murder during a joint operation conducted by the Mabalacat City Police Station and the 302nd RMFB3.

In Arayat, a Top 3 Provincial Most Wanted Person was arrested for violation of Section 11, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165.

In the City of San Fernando, a Rank 5 Provincial and Municipal Most Wanted Person was arrested for Statutory Sexual Assault under Article 266-A of the Revised Penal Code, as amended.

In Mexico, Pampanga, another Most Wanted Person listed under Target Intelligence Packet coverage was arrested for violations of Sections 5 and 11 of RA 9165.

Search Warrant Operation:

In Mabalacat City, Pampanga, a suspect was arrested by operatives of the Mabalacat City Police Station (CPS) and Intelligence Section during the implementation of Search Warrant conducted at about 4:16 PM on June 1, 2026, in Barangay Sapang Biabas, Mabalacat City, Pampanga for violation of Republic Act No. 10591. An orderly search was conducted in the presence of a barangay official and court personnel, which resulted in the recovery of the following items:

a.) One (1) unit Caliber .45 firearm
b.) One (1) unit G***k 30 caliber .45 firearm
c.) One (1) frame of unknown caliber of firearm
d.) One (1) piece caliber .45 firearm magazine
e.) Five (5) pieces of caliber .45 ammunition
f.) One (1) color pink sling bag
g.) One (1) piece color blue pouch

Anti-Illegal Drugs Operations:

In Mexico, Pampanga, a buy-bust operation conducted by operatives of the Mexico Municipal Police Station (MPS) Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) resulted in the arrest of a suspected illegal drug personality and the confiscation of approximately 3.2 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of ₱21,760.00, along with buy-bust money and other pieces of evidence.

In Sta. Ana, Pampanga, another buy-bust operation conducted by operatives of the Sta. Ana MPS SDEU led to the arrest of a drug suspect and the confiscation of approximately 1.75 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of ₱11,900.00.

"The successful operations conducted on the first day of June 2026 reflect the Pampanga PPO's sustained commitment to proactive law enforcement in line with the PNP Focused Agenda on crime prevention, anti-illegal drugs operations, and the pursuit of wanted persons. This achievement marks a strong start of the month, underscoring the efficiency and coordination of operating units in maintaining peace and order across the province. PAMPANGA PPO RECORDS 64 ARRESTS IN ONE WEEK; INTENSIFIES DRIVE AGAINST CRIMINALITY, ILLEGAL DRUGS, AND WANTED PERSONS

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – The Pampanga Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, continues to strengthen its anti-criminality campaign, resulting in the arrest of 64 individuals through various law enforcement operations conducted across the province from May 25 to 31, 2026.

Pampanga PPO's intensified operations yielded significant accomplishments in the campaign against wanted persons, illegal drugs, and loose fi****ms.

Under the Campaign Against Wanted Persons, police operatives successfully arrested 19 wanted individuals, including two (2) Most Wanted Persons and seventeen (17) Other Wanted Persons, demonstrating the relentless efforts of law enforcement units in ensuring that fugitives are brought before the courts.

Meanwhile, the Campaign Against Illegal Drugs resulted in the arrest of 41 drug personalities in 28 anti-drug operations conducted throughout the province. Authorities confiscated approximately 275.61 grams of shabu and 3.37 grams of ma*****na, with a combined estimated street value of ₱1,874,552.00. These accomplishments underscore the Pampanga PPO's support to the government's relentless pursuit againts illegal drugs and protecting communities from the harmful effects of narcotics.

In the Campaign Against Loose Fi****ms, four (4) individuals were arrested in four (4) separate operations. Pampanga PPO also confiscated four (4) fi****ms and recorded the surrender of twenty-six (26) fi****ms of various caliber.

PCOL MARCELO lauded the dedication and professionalism of Pampanga police personnel, emphasizing that these accomplishments reflect the organization's commitment to maintaining peace and order throughout the province.

"These achievements are a testament to the hard work, vigilance, and commitment of our personnel and our strong partnership with the community. PROACTIVE CRIME ERADICATION DRIVES: POLICE FORCE ARRESTS 7 LAWBREAKERS, SEIZES OVER P318K SHABU IN PAMPANGA

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – With concrete aspiration to eradicate illegal activities in the province, the Pampanga Police Provincial Office, under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, carried out a series of operations on May 31, 2026, resulting in the arrest of six (6) drug peddlers in possession of PHP 318,784.00 worth of illegal drugs, along with one (1) wanted person.

Mabalacat CPS, in collaboration with PDEA Pampanga, launched two anti-illegal drug buy-bust operations, leading to the arrest of 2 drug dealers with 35 grams of Shabu and another 1 drug peddlers with 5 grams of shabu, with a total Standard Drug Price of PHP 272,000.00.

San Fernando CPS also collared 2 drug personalities during buy-bust operation, confiscating 5 grams of Shabu worth PHP 34,000.00, while Apalit MPS apprehended another 1 drug suspect with 1.88 grams of Shabu worth PHP 12,784.00.

Meanwhile, the manhunt operation conducted by Bacolor MPS successfully tracked down a wanted person, who is facing charges for Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Damage to Property with PHP 30,000.00 bail.

“Through proactive elimination of illegal substances and wanted persons in the community, we are also preventing violence driven by illegal drug abuse and unlawful activities of fugitives. TWO (2) ARRESTED IN TWO SEPARATE OPERATIONS FOR DRUGS AND ARREST WARRANT IN PAMPANGA; ₱10,268 WORTH OF SHABU SEIZED IN BUY-BUST OPERATION

City of San Fernando, Pampanga— A series of successful law enforcement operations conducted by different units of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office (PPO), under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director on May 30, 2026, resulted in the arrest of three individuals involved in illegal drugs and property-related offenses across Sasmuan, San Simon, and Mabalacat City.

In Sasmuan, Pampanga, personnel of the Sasmuan Municipal Police Station through its Special Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU), in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 3 and higher headquarters, conducted a buy-bust operation at about 1:30 AM in Brgy. San Nicolas 2nd. The operation, carried out under a Target Intelligence Packet, led to the arrest of one drug suspect and the seizure of approximately 1.51 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated Standard Drug Price of ₱10,268.00, along with one (1) ₱500 bill used as buy-bust money with corresponding markings.

In San Simon, Pampanga, personnel of the San Simon Municipal Police Station, in coordination with the Technical Support Company (TSC), RMFB3, successfully served a Warrant of Arrest at about 10:17 AM in Purok 2, Brgy. Sta. Monica. The operation, conducted under a Target Intelligence Packet, resulted in the apprehension of one accused person for Qualified Theft under Article 310 in relation to Article 308 of the Revised Penal Code.

PAMPANGA PPO NABS SUSPECT, SEIZES ₱765,000 WORTH OF UNTAXED CI******ES IN GUAGUA

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – In line with the intensified campaign against economic sabotage and illicit trade, the Pampanga Police Provincial Office under the leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, Provincial Director, through Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Unit (PIU), in coordination with the Guagua Municipal Police Station (MPS), successfully conducted an anti-illegal cigarette operation that resulted in the arrest of a suspect and the confiscation of untaxed cigarette products worth approximately ₱765,000.00 on May 30, 2026.

Arrested was a 24 years old male suspect, married, and a resident of Guagua, Pampanga, for violation of Section 263 of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, which penalizes the unlawful possession or removal of articles subject to excise tax without payment of the corresponding taxes.

The operation was carried out at around 6:25 PM in Barangay Lambac, Guagua, Pampanga, following intelligence-driven efforts targeting the illegal sale and distribution of untaxed ci******es. During the entrapment operation, the suspect was caught in possession and control of cigarette products without the required Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) tax stamps.

Seized during the operation were Five (5) master cases of Modern 100 ci******es, including the product sold during the operation; and Ten (10) master cases of Carnival ci******es, with a total estimated market value of ₱765,000.00.

The arrested suspect and the confiscated evidence were immediately brought to Guagua MPS for proper documentation and disposition. Appropriate charges are currently being prepared for filing through inquest proceedings before the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor in the City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

PCOL MARCELO emphasized that the operation demonstrates the commitment of the Pampanga PPO to support government efforts in curbing illicit trade, protecting legitimate businesses, and ensuring compliance with national tax laws. He further stressed that the proliferation of untaxed ci******es not only deprives the government of much-needed revenue but also fuels illegal economic activities that undermine public welfare.

ENSURING PROVINCE-WIDE SAFETY AND SECURITY: PAMPANGA PPO NETS 9 DRUG PEDDLERS, 6 WANTED PERSONS; SEIZES ABOUT 233K SHABU

City of San Fernando, Pampanga – True to its commitment to ensure safety and security in all corners of the province, the Pampanga Police Provincial Office, under the innovative leadership of PCOL EUGENE M MARCELO, successfully apprehended 9 drug peddlers, with a total of PHP 232,900.00 worth of Shabu, and tracked down 6 wanted persons, including the Bacolor town's MWP during a series of operations conducted on May 29, 2026.

As part of the sustained drive against illegal drugs, Floridablanca MPS collared 4 drug peddlers, who yielded 20.5 grams of Shabu worth PHP 139,400.00 .
In separate operations, Mabalacat CPS nabbed 2 suspects with 5 grams of shabu worth PHP 34,000.00; Mexico MPS arrested 42-year-old suspect, seizing 4.8 grams of shabu with a standard drug price of PHP 32,640.00; Sto Tomas MPS apprehended a 50-year-old suspect and confiscated 1.35 grams of shabu worth PHP 9,180.00; and Macabebe MPS captured 43 years old suspect with 2.6 grams of shabu worth PHP 17,680.00.

In the continuous accounting of wanted persons in the province, Bacolor MPS, in collaboration with PIU Pampanga PPO, Police Station 6 Angeles CPO, and Malungon MPS Sarangani PPO, conducted manhunt operation in Brgy. San Nicolas, City of San Fernando, Pampanga and successfully arrested a Most Wanted Person, who is native of Pacman Village, Sarangani. The accused is facing charges for Statutory R**e with no bail.

Sta Ana MPS tracked down 2 wanted persons for Violation of Section 10(a) of Republic Act No. 7610, known as the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act with PHP 80,000.00 bail each.

Floridablanca MPS, Guagua MPS and Arayat MPS apprehended 3 other wanted persons for Qualified Theft with PHP 40,000.00 bail, Violation of Section 12, Article 2 of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, and Theft with PHP 10,000.00 bail.

“We have been sustaining comprehensive operations against all forms of criminality, for we ensure that every corner of Pampanga is covered with the all-out efforts of the police force, as we always aim for the safety and security of all Cabalens.” PCOL MARCELO said.
