RDILPMC focuses on the R&D projects, proposals, and councilsโ€™ activities; and establishes international linkages for projects collaboration. RDILPMC monitors and assists the activities concerning the R&D councils and pr

ojects, and these are the following: Regional Research, Development, and Innovation Committee (RRDIC), Innovation Centers, Region 1 Health Research and Development Consortium (R1HRDC), Ilocos Consortium for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development (ICIEERD), Ilocos Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development Consortium (ILAARDEC), and Niche Centers in the Regions for R&D (NICER) Program.
