At 4am today, it is located at 335km E of Baler, Aurora w/ max sustained winds of 150kph near the center and gustiness of up to 185kph. It is forecasted to move W at 12kph.>FORECASTED POSITIONS: 24hr- vicinity of Casiguran, Aurora; 48hr-vicinity of Banaue, Ifugao; 72hr-vicinity of Solsona Ilocos, Norte; 96hr-80km NW of Calayan, Cagayan; 120hr-80km NW of Itbayat, Batanes. PSWS #3: Aurora, Quirino, Isabela, Polillo Island; PSWS #2: Northern Quezon, Nueva Vizcaya, Nueva Ecija, La Union, Benguet, Ifugao, Mt. Province, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, Abra, Apayao, Kalinga, Cagayan, Babuyan, Calayan group of Islands; PSWS #1: Batanes, Pangasinan, Bulacan, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, Bataan, Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Southern Quezon, Cavite, Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Metro Manila.>Estimated rainfall amount is from heavy to intense within the 600km diameter of the TY.
