Wednesday is Committee Hearing/Meeting Day at the Sangguniang Bayan office of the Municipality of San Francisco 🖋️

The following ordinances were discussed among the committee members of the Committee on Disaster Risk Reduction and Committe on Rules

Proposed Ordinances:
• Municipal Ordinance No. 2025 - _
An Ordinance Mandating all water service providers and water refilling stations operating within the municipality of San Francisco, cebu to acquire and maintain standby power generator units to ensure continuous provision of potable water and water service during and after calamities, providing for a six (6) month uniform moratorium, regulating price adjustments during and after calamities and prescribing penalties for violation thereof

• Municipal Ordinance No. 2025 - _
An ordinance mandating all petroleum fuel retailers (Gasoline Stations) within the Municipality of San Francisco, Cebu to acquire and maintain standby power generator units and ensure critical fuel inventory levels prior to calamities providing for a six (6) month moratorium, and prescribing penalties for violation thereof.

• Municipal Ordinance No. 2025 - _
An Ordinance regulating the establishment, operation, and protection of "payaw" within the Municipality waters of the Municipality of San Francisco, Cebu, Emphasizing the protection of duly registered "Payaw" from Illegal Fishing Activities, providing penalties for violation, and for other purposes

SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OFFICIAL SESSION 🖋️

The Sangguniang Bayan officially opens its first regular session of the year today, January 6, with the presentation of the Order of Business—marking the beginning of another year of service, legislation, and good governance for our community.
