Ang Pambansang Komisyon para sa Kultura at mga Sining ay nakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa na may temang “𝐖𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨 𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐈: 𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐬𝐢𝐤 𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐚 𝐘𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐲𝐨𝐧.”

Kinikilala ng tema ng Buwan ng Wika 2026 ang magkaugnay na papel ng wikang Filipino at artificial intelligence (AI) para sa makabansang gawain ng pananaliksik. Panawagan ito para sa responsableng paggamit ng AI habang tinitiyak na may makabuluhang espasyo ang Wikang Pambansa sa mga usaping may kinalaman sa mga umuusbong na teknolohiya at kaugnay na usaping pang-etika rito.

Ang Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa ay idinaraos tuwing Buwan ng Agosto alinsunod sa Proklamasyon Blg. 1041 na nilagdaan noong 1997.

🏃‍♂️🎉 𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗣𝗔𝗟 𝗙𝗨𝗡 𝗥𝗨𝗡 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗔 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗨𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦!🎉🏃‍♀️

As part of the celebration of the 𝟕𝟐𝙣𝙙 𝙈𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘼𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 of the Municipality of San Isidro, Northern Samar, the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗥𝘂𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 was successfully conducted with the enthusiastic participation of 160 runners from different barangays and sectors of the community.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this event. Special thanks to 𝗞𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗞𝗔𝗧 𝗖𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗢𝗠 and the 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗡𝗣) - 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗿𝗼 for ensuring the safety of all participants through effective crowd management and traffic control throughout the Fun Run route.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to the 𝗠𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠𝗢 who provide their rescue vehicle to monitor all the runners within the route and all dedicated volunteers who rendered their valuable services during the activity.

A special recognition is given to 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗻𝗲𝗹 𝗗𝘂𝗿𝗼𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝘂𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 for leading and deploying volunteers at the designated water stations along the Fun Run route, ensuring that participants remained hydrated and safe throughout the event.

We would also like to thank 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 for their generous sponsorship and support, which greatly contributed to the success of this activity.

This successful event reflects the unity, cooperation, and community spirit of the people of San Isidro.
