📢 NOTICE: New LGU Work Schedule & Energy Conservation Measures

Please be informed that the Municipal Government will implement a Compressed Four-Day Workweek:

• Work Days: Monday–Thursday
• Office Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (NO NOON BREAK)
• Non-Working Days: Friday–Sunday (unless required by service)

⚡ Energy Conservation Measures:
• Daily Earth Hour: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (turn off non-essential lights, aircon, computers)
• Aircon temperature: Minimum 24°C, to be turned off by 5:00 PM

🏞 LGU Facilities (e.g., Plaza Anonuevo):
Recreational use only until 6:00 PM. Use beyond this requires approval from the Office of the Mayor.

Today marks the culminating activity of PESO in partnership with DICT, as we proudly celebrated the graduation of two batches of trainees from the Social Media Marketing and Basic Digital Literacy programs. Congratulations to all our graduates—you earned this! 👏✨

Our sincerest thanks to DICT for the continued support and partnership. Together, we move closer to a more empowered and digitally ready San Jacinto. 🙏📚

OWWA RELIEF OPERATIONS SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTED

OWWA RO5 successfully conducted the second batch of relief operation for OFWs and their families affected by Typhoon Opong, serving over 200 individuals last January 27, 2026.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to partner departments, MENRO San Jacinto, Masbate and San Jacinto Municipal DRRM Office, volunteers, and personnel who worked together to make this relief operation possible.

📣 OFWs Relief Ops Update 📣

OWWA Bicol will distribute relief assistance again to all registered OFWs—both active and inactive—𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐢𝐦 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐥𝐲 and were affected by Typhoon Opong. Each qualified OFW beneficiary will receive 25 kilos of rice.
