Bigyang kahalagahan ang pag-aalaga sa sarili at kalusugan. Kapag may nararamdamang sintomas agad na Kumunsulta sa pinakamalapit na primary care provider.

The Theme of World Teachers’ Day 2024 is “The transformation of education begins with teachers”. The United Nations (UNESCO) presented this theme for teachers’ day. Maraming Salamat sa lahat ng ating mga G**o na patuloy na nagtuturo at gumagabay sa ating mga Estudyante/Mag-aaral sa abot ng kanilang kakayanan. Sa pagtangap at pagpapahusay ng mga makabagong pamamaraan sa pagtuturo na dulot ng pagdating ng mga makabagong teknolohiya. Maraming salamat po mga Mam at Ser. God Bless po sa inyo.

The sad story of Nanay Josephine, yaya and helper of a homeowner. She spent almost all her life in their services, Yaya to their daughter and house helper. The family did not value her services, when her alaga graduated from college, they sent her away not paying some of her monthly services. She was able to retrieve some of the money due to her as she was paid in trickles, until the day she passed away, the family still owns her. No social pension, no anything when she left the house. Lesson to those who have helpers, yayas, kasambahay in their homes, please enroll them in SSS especially for long term engagement. For the Kasambahay, paglaban natin ang ating karapatan na ma enroll sa SSS, pag tanda po natin ang SSS ang magbibigay ng pension po sa atin. Mag self employed po tayo sa SSS kung kailangan para d pag dating ng pamahon na may edad na makakapag pension na po tayo sa SSS.
