T𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥, 𝐈𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐚 participated in the orientation on 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠-𝐐𝐑 𝐏𝐡 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐬 and the re-orientation on Republic Act No. 7581, or the Price Act, held today at the Municipal Building.

The orientation highlights the importance of digitalization, e-governance, financial inclusion, and consumer protection in building a more modern, accessible, and responsive local government.

Sa darating na 𝑨𝒈𝒐𝒔𝒕𝒐 10-28, 2026, ang ating bayan sa pamumuno ng ating mapagmalasakit na ama ng bayan, 𝗞𝗴𝗴. 𝗙𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗨. 𝗗𝗬, 𝗜𝗩 sa pamamagitan ng Municipal Health Office na pinamumunuan ng ating mapag-arugang 𝗗𝗼𝗸𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗮 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗶 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗥. 𝗔𝗴𝗰𝗮𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗶 sa patnubay ng 𝗞𝗮𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗻, gaganapin ang 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘀-𝗥𝘂𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼 𝗠𝗥 𝗦𝗜𝗔.

The Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of San Manuel successfully conducted its Third Regular Session for the month of July on July 22, 2026, at the 2nd Floor Legislative Building, under the leadership of 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐀. 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐬 𝐉𝐫.

During the session, the Sangguniang Bayan approved several resolutions recognizing individuals and organizations for their outstanding achievements and exemplary service.
Among those honored were 𝐌𝐫. 𝐃𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐑. 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐫, 𝐌𝐫. 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐃. 𝐄𝐬𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐚, 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐙𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐝𝐚 𝐅. 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐕𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐎. 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐳, 𝐄𝐝𝐃, 𝐃𝐫. 𝐀𝐦𝐲 𝐂. 𝐋𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐚, 𝐄𝐝𝐃, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐫. 𝐀𝐥𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐀. 𝐃𝐞𝐤𝐤𝐞𝐭, who were commended and congratulated for successfully passing the National Assessment for School Heads (NASH) FY 2025, a testament to their dedication and commitment to educational leadership.

The Council also extended its congratulations to 𝐏𝐋𝐓𝐂𝐎𝐋 𝐄𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨 𝐂. 𝐃𝐞 𝐁𝐢𝐞𝐧 𝐉𝐫. for successfully passing the Police Executive Service Eligibility (PESE) Examination held on April 19, 2026, recognizing his remarkable professional accomplishment in public service.

Likewise, 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞 𝐏. 𝐏𝐚𝐦𝐚 was commended for placing Top 8 in the 2026 Dental Hygienist Licensure Examination, bringing distinction and pride to the Municipality of San Manuel through her exceptional achievement.

Also recognized was the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) of San Manuel, Isabela, headed by 𝐌𝐫. 𝐇𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐨 𝐀. 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐠𝐨, together with its officers and Board of Directors, for their prompt and exemplary compliance with the directive of the OSCA Isabela Provincial Office in submitting the updated master list of senior citizens.

Through these recognitions, the Sangguniang Bayan reaffirms its commitment to honoring excellence, celebrating meaningful accomplishments, and acknowledging the dedication of individuals and institutions that contribute to the growth and development of the Municipality of San Manuel.
