The Local Government Unit of San Miguel, Iloilo, is looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join the 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗠𝗗𝗥𝗥𝗠𝗢) as 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗳𝗳/𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿.

𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:
• 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Job Order
• 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• At least Senior High School graduate or College Level
• Experience in administrative and clerical work is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver’s license and experience driving four-wheeled vehicles
• Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency and disaster-related mobilization

• Licensed Nurse (with PRC license)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage

Day 3 of the 3-Day Seminar: Cultivating Leadership and Managing Stress

Last, June 28, 2024, we focused on Cultivating Leadership and Managing Stress during the final day of our seminar series. Participants, including supervisors, department heads, and elected officials, gathered at the Board Room of the San Miguel New Municipal Hall to enhance their leadership skills and stress management techniques. The session was led by a speaker highly recommended by the Civil Service Commission (CSC).

We continue to empower our municipal officials and LGU employees through these valuable learning and development activities.
