Plebeians or Plebs were the people of Ancient Rome who fought for fair treatment from the government. Most of them were simple workers, farmers, fishermen and small entrepreneurs. During those times, only the rich and the elite got the full rights from the government. This motivated the Plebeians to band together in order to change the crooked and unfair form of government. We, The Plebeians of San Narciso envision a progressive society wherein each and every citizen receives government services, benefits and privileges in a just and fair manner. A government led by honest and righteous citizens, whose priorities are the programs that would be most beneficial to the community. Mission
The Plebeians of San Narciso is a grassroots organization dedicated to inspire and educate the electorate that would vote for the most deserving political candidates who embrace the principles of volunteerism. To unite the concerned citizens of San Narciso, Zambales and create a voice of change that would ripple through generations. Election to office of qualified citizens;

• Sino ang mga Plebeians? Plebeians o Plebs ang tawag sa mga mamamayan ng Ancient Rome na nakipaglaban para sa pantay na pagtingin ng gobyerno. Karamihan sa kanila ay mga simpleng mangagawa, magsasaka, mangigisda at mga maliliit na negosyante. Noong panahong iyon, ang mga mayayaman at elitista lamang ang nabibigyan ng karapatan sa maraming aspeto ng buhay. Ito ang nag-udyok sa mga Plebeians upang magsama-sama para mabago ang mapanlinlang at madayang sistema ng pamamahala. Dahil sa Plebeians, nabigyan ang lahat ng mamamayan ng Roma, mayaman man o mahirap, ng pantay na karapatan, benepisyo at pribilehiyo mula sa gobyerno. Tanaw
