On 17 May 2026, the Dalubhasaan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 14th and 15th Training Day, which served as a significant milestone for the unit as it culminated in the highly anticipated Graduation Ceremony of the cadets. The event highlighted the dedication, discipline, and commitment demonstrated by the cadets throughout their ROTC training and development.

The activities formally commenced in the morning with the Physical Organization and attendance checking to ensure proper accountability and readiness of all participating cadets. This was immediately followed by the Graduation Practice, where cadets meticulously rehearsed military formations, ceremonial procedures, military courtesies, and the overall sequence of the graduation program. The rehearsal aimed to uphold the professionalism, precision, and discipline expected in ROTC ceremonies. In addition, a Symposium was conducted to provide the cadets with essential reminders, guidance, and motivational insights regarding their responsibilities, leadership, and continued service as disciplined citizens and future leaders of the nation.

During the afternoon session, the cadets continued their final preparations for the Graduation Proper, ensuring that all ceremonial details and program flow were properly coordinated. The Graduation Ceremony officially commenced at 1500H.

The ceremony featured several important highlights, including the Presentation and Declaration of Graduates, which formally recognized the successful completion of the cadetsโ€™ ROTC training. This was followed by the Distribution of Certificates, acknowledging the cadetsโ€™ dedication, perseverance, and active participation throughout the training program. The event also included the GOHAS Message, which delivered words of encouragement and inspiration to the graduates, emphasizing the values of patriotism, leadership, service, and discipline. Subsequently, the Oath Taking and Acceptance Ceremony was conducted to formally welcome and recognize the graduates as individuals prepared to uphold the principles and responsibilities instilled by the ROTC program.

The 14th and 15th Training Day concluded at approximately 1700H under the close supervision of the unitโ€™s leadership and training staff. The successful conduct of the activities reflected the unitโ€™s commitment to excellence, organization, and adherence to ROTC standards, while also celebrating the achievements and growth of the graduating cadets.

"respect is a two way street."

It is earned, built, and proven through actions. Today, as we celebrate our newly graduated officers, we see the living proof of that truth.

Watching them balance the relentless demands of college life with the rigorous grit of military training has been nothing short of inspiring.

They survived the brutal early mornings, conquered the toughest physical and mental training, and pushed through the exhausting, late-night study sessions. None of this was given to them, they earned every single stripe, every bit of this success.

To the proud members of Batch SANKALASAG. But seeing them stand tall, sharp, and proud in their uniform today brings a level of pride that words simply cannot capture.

A special salute to the student-officers who led the charge and set the standard C/COL LUIS DANIEL LUSABIO 1CL, C/LTC ARTEMIS B ARCIAGA 1CL, C/LTC DINDO P MANCO JR 1CL
As they step forward to lead, remember this:

"A great leader is not defined by the rank on their uniform, but by how much they care for the people they lead."

Go forth, lead with heart, and continue to make us proud.

From the PLSP ROTC UNIT, Congratulations, Ma'am and Sir! Snappy Salute!
