“Reviewing the budget in order to achieve the necessary and needed result. To disallow or prevent the process of review and correction is not just illegal but a form of corruption .
To review is a normal duty and responsibility given by the law to the Sangguniang Bayan to ensure proper budget allocation and usage for the common good.”

The Sangguniang Bayan reviews the Special Education Fund (SEF) through the Local School Board (LSB), ensuring compliance with updated guidelines like DepEd-DBM-DILG-DOF Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2025, reviewing the annual/supplemental budget, and monitoring proper fund utilization. (DBM)

Sang nag ligad nga semana gin reschedule (mayorya kang majority kag minority nag sugot) ang pag aprpove sang supplemental budget kay mga issues and concerns ang konseho nga wara lagi ma sabat pareho ka eskwelahan nga incharge sang mga gamit nga paga purchase, tintotoyo kang budget para sa media/press conference, research, budget para sa sweldo ka mga teacher sang local school board kag budget para sa mga make shift classrooms.

Padayon sa pag hulag kag pag tuon ang aton konseho sa pag pagamit ka kwarta sang banwa para ang tinotoyo kag insakto nga pag pag gamit kag proyekto amo ang mahimo para sa ikamayad ka banwa kag kasimanwa.

Tinutuyo ka Vice Mayor kag Sangguniang Bayan nga MA LIBRE ang TANAN nga pasyente ka ambulance services indi lang sangka sector (hemodialysis patients lang).

recommended non - passage of the proposed ordinance of free ambulance service for reasons of:

1.) Ang libre nga ambulance transportation covered ron ka Universal Healthcare Law sa parte nga EQUAL access and health for ALL. Indi ron kinanglan ka ordinansa. Gina - implement ron ra dapat. Dapat gina - libre gid man ang patient nga gina - dialysis kag iban pa.Wara ti DISAPPROVAL nga tabo sa legislative branch.

B. Ang effective and valid ordinance should be
1. Constitutional
2. Clear
3. Fair
4. It must not be DISCRIMINATORY.
It was stipulated that ONLY HEMODIALYSIS patients are to be covered with the FREE transporation. Paano naman bay mga manogbata, mga duguan kag iban pa?

Dapat may equal nga oportunidad nga may mga problema sa ikaayong lawas magka - LIBRE ambulance transportation.

Ang ordinansa nga ginhimo wara na fulfill ang purpose nga PARA sa tanan.

Dapat libre man ang mga lumpo, may kanser nga gina chemotherapy, sakit sa puso, na - stroke kag iban pa.

ANG SOLUTION: Dugangan ang mga ambulansya kag ambulance drivers para NAG ARARANGAY nga SERBISYO para sa tanan.

Nagsimba kag nangadi ako para sa tanan mga Tatay.
