This rigorous evaluation, led by esteemed Auditor ๐๐ป. ๐๐ต๐ญ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ท ๐๐ช๐ถ๐ช๐ป๐ธ๐๐ช of ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฉ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ, ๐๐ง๐., highlighted our adherence to international quality management standards. Serving as key auditees, Campus Librarian ๐๐ผ. ๐๐ฑ๐ธ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ต๐ช ๐๐ต๐ช๐ท๐ฌ๐ธ-๐๐ช๐ท๐ฐ๐ฌ๐ช๐ and her dedicated library staff member, ๐๐ผ. ๐ก๐ธ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ช๐ป๐ฒ๐ฎ ๐๐ธ๐ท๐ณ๐ฎ, demonstrated exceptional preparedness and expertise throughout the process.
The audit agenda comprehensively addressed critical components of our operations, including:
- General documented information, ensuring all policies and procedures are meticulously maintained and accessible;
- Operational planning and control, focusing on streamlined workflows that enhance daily library services;
- Requirements for products and services, verifying that our resourcesโranging from digital collections to physical materials;
- Follow-up on previous findings, where applicable, to confirm the implementation of corrective actions and sustained improvements.
This external validation reaffirms our library's pivotal role in supporting academic research, student success, and institutional goals.
