𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊 | Carlito Zaplan and Bobby Barbiran Officially Proclaimed as Mayor and Vice Mayor of Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan.

Earlier today, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) formally proclaimed Carlito Zaplan as the newly elected Mayor and Bobby Barbiran as Vice Mayor of Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, following the successful conduct of the 2025 local elections. The proclamation ceremony was held at the Sangguniang Bayan Hall, attended by election officials, supporters, and members of the local community.

The announcement marks a new chapter in Sta. Barbara’s leadership as the newly elected officials prepare to assume office and carry out their mandates. Both Zaplan and Barbiran bring with them years of public service experience and a strong commitment to governance rooted in transparency, community development, and public welfare.

In addition to the mayoral and vice mayoral proclamations, COMELEC also declared the winners of the Sangguniang Bayan (Municipal Council). The eight elected councilors, ranked according to the number of votes received, are as follows:

Taos-puso po akong nagpapasalamat sa Iglesia Ni Cristo, sa pamumuno ng Kagalang-galang na Tagapamahalang Pangkalahatan, Kapatid na Eduardo V. Manalo, sa tiwala at suporta na inyong ipinagkaloob sa akin bilang lingkod-bayan ng Sta. Barbara.

Isang malaking karangalan po para sa akin na maging katuwang ninyo sa pagsusulong ng pagkakaisa, kaunlaran, at tunay na serbisyo para sa ating mahal na bayan.
