Taos-puso naming ipinapaabot ang aming pagbati at pasasalamat sa inyong walang sawang paglilingkod, dedikasyon, at malasakit sa kabataang inyong pinaglilingkuran. Ang inyong pamumuno ay patunay ng tunay na diwa ng serbisyo—may puso, may layunin, at may malasakit sa komunidad.

Nawa’y patuloy kayong pagpalain ng lakas ng loob, karunungan, at mabuting kalusugan upang ipagpatuloy ang inyong mga adhikain para sa ikabubuti ng kabataan at ng buong barangay. Hangad namin ang higit pang tagumpay sa inyong mga programa at proyekto, at nawa’y magsilbi kayong inspirasyon sa mas marami pang kabataan.

In line with the Search for Outstanding Kabataan ng Victory Norte 2025, we would like to formally inform all shortlisted nominees that the panel interview will be conducted on the following schedule:

🗓 Date: December 27, 2025
⏰ Call Time: 8:30 AM
⏰ Start of Interview: 9:00 AM
📍 Venue: Barangay Hall, Victory Norte

All candidates are advised to arrive on or before the call time for registration, verification, and final instructions. The interview will officially begin at 9:00 AM, and punctuality will be strictly observed.

This interview will serve as an opportunity for nominees to present their achievements, leadership experiences, advocacies, and contributions to the barangay and the wider community. Candidates are encouraged to come well-prepared, confident, and in proper attire befitting a formal interview.

We wish all nominees the best of luck as you take this important step in showcasing your dedication to service, leadership, and excellence.
